阿芬太尼和芬太尼用于小儿日间手术全身麻醉恢复期的效果

Effect of Alfentanil and Fentanyl on Recovery Period of General Anesthesia of Pediatric Daytime Surgery

目的探究阿芬太尼和芬太尼对日间手术患儿在全身麻醉恢复期的影响。方法选取2021年1月-2022年1月本院进行日间手术患儿40例为研究对象,以随机数字表分组,即分为对照组、研究组,每组各20例,分析疼痛评分、麻醉指标、不良反应、认知功能。结果较比于对照组,研究组在麻醉起效时间、恢复室停留时间更短,在镇痛维持时间更长(P<0.05)。在疼痛评分方面,研究组术后各时间段均低于对照组(P<0.05)5。在不良反应发生率方面,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组在术后3h MMSE更高(P<0.05)。结论日间手术患儿应用阿芬太尼后,在全身麻醉恢复期效果显著,能够较快缩短恢复时间,降低谵妄、烦躁哭闹等不良反应发生率,值得推广。

Objective To investigate effect of alfentanil and fentanyl on recovery period of general anesthesia for children with daytime surgery.Methods The paper chose 40 children with daytime surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 as the subjects,and divided them into control group and study group with random number table method,20 cases in each groups.Pain scores,anesthesia indicators,adverse reactions and cognitive function were analyzed.Results Study group had lower onset time and recovery room stay time during anesthesia and longer duration of analgesia maintenance than control group,(p<0.05).Pain scores of study group were lower than control group at all time intervals after surgery,with p<0.05.Incidence of adverse reactions of study group was 5.00%,lower than control group,with p<0.05.Study group had higher MMSE at 3 hours after surgery,with p<0.05.Conclusion Alfentanil can achieve significant effect on recovery period of general anesthesia for children with daytime surgery,can shorten recovery time rapidly,reduce incidence of adverse reactions including delirium,irritability and crying,which is worthy of promotion.
