糖尿病“三导向”护理教学模式对学生人文关怀能力及专业素养的影响研究

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病“三导向”护理教学模式对学生人文关怀能力及专业素养的影响。方法选取2020年5月-2021年5月本院护理专业400名在校本科生,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组各200名。对照组采取传统教学模式,观察组则实施“三导向”护理教学模式。对比两组护生人文关怀能力评分和专业素养得分情况,两组护理知识掌握情况。结果观察组人文关怀能力及专业素养各项评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护生对疾病知识、药物、饮食及运动知识、自我检测方法知识掌握评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病“三导向”护理教学模式可提升学生人文关怀能力及专业素养,能够使得护生熟练掌握疾病知识、护理知识等,可进行推广应用。 Objective To explore influence of"three directions"nursing teaching model for diabetes on humanistic care ability and professional quality of students.Methods The paper chose 400 undergraduate nursing students from May 2020 to May 2021,and divided them into control group and observation group with random number table method,with 200 cases in each group.Control group was treated with traditional teaching mode,while observation group with"three directions"nursing teaching mode.Scores of humanistic care ability and professional literacy were compared between two groups of nursing students;mastery of nursing knowledge was compared between two groups.Results Scores and total scores of humanistic care ability and professional literacy in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Mastery scores on disease knowledge,medication,diet and exercise knowledge and self testing methods knowledge in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion"Three directions"nursing teaching model for diabetes can improve humanistic care ability and professional quality of students,enable them to master disease knowledge and nursing knowledge,which is worthy of promotion and application.
