手术室干预对产科开腹手术切口感染预防的效果观察

Effect Observation of Operating Room Intervention on Infection Prevention of Obstetric Laparotomy

目的观察手术室干预对产科开腹手术切口感染预防的效果。方法选取产科2021年1-12月进行剖宫产手术的100例产妇作为研究对象,采用计算机盲选法将其分为两组,即为研究组与对照组,各50例。对照组实施常规手术护理,研究组实施手术室护理干预,对比分析两组产妇术前术后心理状态评分,手术相关应激反应指标、术后并发症发生率、切口愈合情况与护理满意度。结果研究组手术后焦虑自量表(SAS),抑郁自量表(SDS)评分更低;手术应激反应指标低于对照组;并发症发生率低于对照组;切口愈合率高于对照组;护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产科剖宫产手术的产妇运用手术室护理干预,能够减轻手术心理与生理应激反应,预防术后切口感染等并发症的发生,还可促进切口愈合,提高护理满意度。

Objective To observe effect of operating room intervention on infection prevention of obstetric laparotomy.Methods The paper chose 100 pregnant women with caesarean section in obstetrics from January 2021 to December 2021 as research objects,and divided them into two groups by computer blind selection,namely,study group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine surgical nursing,while study group with operation room intervention.Psychological status scores,surgical related stress response indicators,incidence of postoperative complications,incision healing and nursing satisfaction degree between two were compared and analyzed before and after surgery.Results Study group had lower scores on Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)after surgery;surgical stress response indicators in study group were lower than control group;incidence of complications in study group was lower than control group;wound healing rate in study group was higher than control group;nursing satisfaction degree in study group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Operation room nursing intervention can reduce psychological and physiological stress reactions of postpartum women with obstetric caesarean section during surgery,prevent postoperative complications such as incision infection,promote incision healing and improve nursing satisfaction degree.
