家庭参与记忆重组干预联合家庭沙盘对青少年抑郁症患者家庭功能、心理弹性的影响

Effect of Family Participation in Memory Reorganization Intervention Combined with Family Sand Table on Family Function and Psychological Resilience of Adolescent Depression Patients

目的探讨家庭参与记忆重组干预联合家庭沙盘对青少抑郁症患者家庭功能、心理弹性的影响。方法选取2019年2月-2020年4月在本院进行治疗的青少年抑郁症患者80例为研究对象,以随机数表法分为常规组(n=40)与联合组(n=40),常规组予以家庭沙盘干预,联合组在常规组基础上联合家庭参与记忆重组干预。比较两组干预前、干预8周末家庭功能量表(FAD)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)及家庭亲密度与适应性量表(FACES)评分。结果两组干预前FAD及FACES得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预8周末,常规组FAD、FACES得分均高于联合组,CD-RISC得分均低于联合组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对青少年抑郁症患者采取家庭参与记忆重组干预联合家庭沙盘干预可促进家庭亲密度,提升心理弹性水平,提高其家庭功能。

Objective To explore effect of family participation in memory reorganization intervention combined with family sand table on family function and psychological resilience of adolescent depression patients.Methods The paper chose 80 adolescent depression patients in our hospital from February 2019 to April 2020,and divided them into routine group(n=40)and acombination group(n=40)with random number table method.Routine group was treated with family sandbox intervention,while combination group with family participation in memory recombination intervention on the basis of routine group.Scores of Family Function Scale(FAD),Psychological resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and Family Intimacy and Adaptability Scale(FACES)were compared between two groups before and after intervention.Results There was no statistically significant difference in FAD and FACES scores between two groups before intervention(P>0.05).At the end of the 8th intervention week,FAD and FACES scores of routine group were higher than combination group,while the CD-RISC scores were lower than combination group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Family participation in memory reorganization intervention combined with family sand table intervention can promote family cohesion,enhance level of psychological resilience and improve family functions of adolescent depression patients.
