台湾地区民进党政治文化演进及其调整——基于规范与政策二分的视角

The Political Culture of the Democratic Progressive Party in the Taiwan Region and its Adjustment in the Lineage of Historical Evolution-Based on the Dichotomy of Norms and Policies

民进党政治文化规约其党内行为者的行为,是影响两岸关系发展的重要变量。从规范层面和政策层面的二分视角剖析民进党政治文化,其中规范层面主要由“台独分离主义”、“派系共治文化”、“亲日情结”、“后物质主义”四大板块构成,是民进党的核心价值;政策层面则主要包括民进党的各类具体观点、主张。民进党政治文化的演变经历了核心文化的形成与确立、深化与巩固、调整以及新威权文化四个历史阶段,民进党政治文化的历史演进在某种程度上稳定台湾地区政局,同时也制约着台湾地区社会民主巩固和两岸关系的根本性发展。

The political culture of the Democratic Progressive Party(DPP)statutes the behavior of actors within its party and is an important variable affecting the development of cross-Strait relations.The political culture of the DPP is analyzed from the dichotomous perspective of normative and policy levels.The normative level consists of four major factors:“Taiwan independence separatism”,“factional co-rule culture”,“pro-Japanese sentiment”and“post-materialism”,which are the core values of the DPP and shape and regulate the party actors.The policy level mainly includes the various specific views and ideas of the DPP.The evolution of the DPP's political culture has gone through four historical stages:formation and establishment,deepening and consolidation,adjustment,and a new authoritarian culture.The historical evolution of the DPP's political culture has,to a certain extent,stabilized the political situation in Taiwan,but also constrained the consolidation of democracy in Taiwan society and the fundamental development of cross-Strait relations.
