Application Progress of Transcutaneous Electrical Acupoint Stimulation in Pain After Cancer Surgery

癌症术后疼痛是一种常见急性疼痛,经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)是融合经皮神经电刺激(TENS)与针灸的一种疗法。TEAS可促进阿片肽释放,阻滞疼痛刺激信号传导,从而发挥镇痛作用,在治疗癌症术后疼痛中具有独特优势。本研究对TEAS在癌症术后疼痛中的应用进展进行探讨,突出该方法可有效镇痛,进一步推进其临床应用。

Pain after cancer surgery is a common type of acute pain.Transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)is a therapy that integrates transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation(TENS)and acupuncture.On the one hand,TEAS can promote the release of opioid peptides,and on the other hand,it can block the signal transduction of pain stimuli,thereby exerting an analgesic effect,which has unique advantages in the treatment of pain after cancer surgery.This study discussed the application progress of TEAS in pain after cancer surgery,highlighted the effective analgesic effect of this method,and further promoted clinical application.
