国医大师孙光荣运用“子母方”治疗带下病用药规律分析

Analysis on the Medication Patterns of SUN Guangrong's Use of"Son and Mother Prescription"in the Treatment of Leukorrhea Disease

目的:探讨孙光荣运用“子母方”治疗带下病的用药规律。方法:从2011年5月至2015年4月就诊于北京同仁堂中医医院孙光荣教授门诊的所有带下病患者病案中,筛选出符合标准的病案,建立数据库。使用Cytoscape进行处方用药可视化,通过IBM SPSS Statistics 22、IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0对数据进行频数统计、系统聚类分析和关联分析,借助VOSviewer构建内服药物-症状模块化聚类网络。结果:本研究共纳入内治、外治处方55份,中药共114味。内治方中,以黄芪-丹参-生晒参/西洋参/党参/太子参、香附-益母草、月季花-红花等为核心药对或核心药组;外治方中,以蛇床子-百部-白花蛇舌草、甘草-蒲公英、白鲜皮-地肤子、薏苡仁-芡实、煅龙骨-煅牡蛎为核心药对或核心药组。结论:孙光荣针对带下病气血失调、湿热下注的核心病机,内治法重在调理气血,外治法重在以坐浴的形式清热除湿、杀虫止痒。

Objective:To explore the medication pattern of SUN Guangrong's use of"Son and Mother Prescription"in the treatment of leukorrhea disease.Methods:The medical records of leukorrhea disease at outpatient service of Professor SUN Guangrong in Beijing Tongrentang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from May 2011 to April 2015,were screened out and the database was established.Cytoscape was utilized to visualize the drugs.IBM SPSS Statistics 22 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used to conduct frequency statistics,systematic cluster analysis and association analysis.VOSviewer was applied to construct a modular clustering interaction of drugs-symptoms.Results:This study includes a total of 55 internal or external prescriptions and 114 drugs.In the internal treatment formula,the core drug pairs or core drug groups include Huangqi(Astragalus Mongholicus)-Danshen(Salvia Miltiorrhiza)-Shengshaishen(White Ginseng)/Xiyangshen(American Ginseng)/Dangshen(Codonopsis Pilosula)/Taizishen(Radix Pseudostellariae),Xiangfu(Cyperus Rotundus)-Yimucao(Leonurus),Yuejihua(Chinese Rose)-Honghua(Safflower Carthamus),etc.In the external treatment formula,the core drug pairs or core drug groups are Shechuangzi(Fructus Cnidii)-Baibu(Radix Stemonae)-Baihua Sheshecao(Hedyotis Diffusae),Gancao(Radix Liquiritiae)-Pugongying(Dandelion),Baixianpi(Cortex Dictamni)-Difuzi(Kochia Scoparia),Yiyiren(Semen Coicis)-Qianshi(Semen Euryales),Duanlonggu(Calcined Dragon Bone)-Duanmuli(Calcined Oyster).Conclusion:For the core pathogenesis of qi-blood disorders and dampness-heat,Professor Sun's internal treatment focuses on regulating qi and blood.His external treatment focuses on clearing heat and removing dampness,killing worms and relieving itching by a sitz bath.
