通过整理刘渊《医学纂要》中风的相关内容,分别从病因病机、治疗特点两个方面进行探讨。刘渊认为中风病的病因为元阳衰弱,邪气乘虚而入,认识到中风的痰多为虚痰,应以健脾暖肾法祛痰,肢体的拘急或弛纵在于气血的变动,拘急为血虚,弛纵为气虚。同时,刘渊以经络循行及脏腑的症状特点独创六经辨治中风,将中风病定位分型,治疗上喜用温补峻厉之剂,重视扶阳填阴。

By sorting out the relevant content of stroke in LIU Yuan's Yixue Zuanyao,this paper discussed the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment characteristics respectively.LIU Yuan believed that the cause of stroke disease was due to the weakness of Yuan Yang,and the evil Qi entered through the deficiency.He realized that the phlegm of stroke was mostly deficient phlegm,and should be dispelled by the method of strengthening the spleen and warming the kidney.The restraint or relaxation of the limbs was due to the change in Qi and blood,while the restraint was due to blood deficiency,and the relaxation was due to Qi deficiency.At the same time,LIU Yuan created the original six meridian to distinguish and treat stroke based on the characteristics of meridian circulation and the symptoms of the internal organs,and classified stroke into different types.In the treatment,he preferred the use of warm,tonifying and strong drugs,emphasizing the importance of nourishing Yang and filling Yin.
