介绍王丕敏主任分期治疗周围性面瘫的临证特色经验,进一步推动名老中医学术传承工作。王主任认为针对面瘫在不同时期宜选择不同的处理方案,急性期特别强调中西医规范化处理的必要性;静止期面部多针浅刺、经筋排刺、远端取穴针刺并温针灸;恢复期面部少穴透刺、远端取穴温针灸;针对后遗症期独创腹四穴温针灸结合面部提捏推筋法,对于顽固难愈者收效良好。治疗中全程艾灸、扶正祛邪,且重视调神、强调调摄,充分体现其针灸治疗面瘫的临床特色。

Clinical experience of prestigious doctor of traditional Chinese medicine Professor Wang Pimin in the staging treatment of peripheral facial paralysis was introduced to further promote the academic inheritance of prestigious doctor of traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Wang believes that the treatment of facial paralysis should be different in different periods,the acute period of special emphasis on the need for standardized treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,in the rest stage,multiple shallow needling,meridian drainage needling,distal point selection and warm needling were performed on the face,while in the recovery stage,few point penetration needling and distal point selection and warm needling were performed on the face.The method of “warming needle moxibustion at abdominal four points combined with facial lifting,kneading and pushing tendon” was created for the sequelae stage,which had a good effect on the obstinate and difficult-to-heal patients.In the treatment,moxibustion,strengthening the body and eliminating pathogenic factors,and paying attention to regulating the mind,emphasizing regulating photography fully embodies the clinical characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of facial paralysis.
