中医药治疗干眼的新视角

A New Perspective on the Treatment of Dry Eye in Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Seeking Yin in Yang Method

干眼是由多种因素引起以泪液分泌不足或质量下降的一种眼表慢性疾病,中医学认为脏腑功能失调,津液生化或输布障碍是其重要病机。基于阴阳互根等规律特点,需考虑到阳气在脏腑津液生化利用中的作用,可使用阳中求阴法,在滋阴药物中加入少许温阳之品,以求脏腑阴阳平衡而津液生化不竭。望该法能拓展中医药治疗干眼的新思路,提高临床疗效。

Objective Dry eye is a chronic disease of the ocular surface caused by a variety of factors,such as insufficient tear secretion or decreased quality,and it is believed in ancestral medicine that the dysfunction of the internal organs and the obstruction of fluid biochemistry or distribution are important pathological mechanisms.Based on the characteristics of the law of yin and yang,it is necessary to consider the role of yang in the biochemical utilization of zang-fu body fluid.The seeking yin in yang method can be used to add a little warm yang product to the yin nourishing drugs in order to balance the yin and yang of zang-fu organs.It is hoped that this method can expand the new idea of treating dry eye with traditional Chinese medicine and improve the clinical effect.
