中药联合腹针治疗脂肪性肝病临床研究

Chinese Herb Medicine Combined with Abdominal Acupuncture in the Treatment of Fatty Liver Disease

目的 探讨薄氏腹针联合中药治疗痰湿内阻型肥胖型代谢相关脂肪性肝病的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年1月—2022年11月在新余市人民医院收治的60例痰湿内阻型肥胖型代谢相关脂肪性肝病患者。中药组采用纯中药治疗,腹针组采用腹针治疗,联合组采用中药联合腹针治疗。对比3组治疗60 d后的临床疗效。结果 联合组总有效率优于中药组、腹针组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 薄氏腹针联合中药治疗痰湿内阻型肥胖型代谢相关脂肪性肝病疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese herb medicine combined with abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of obesity-related metabolic associated fatty liver disease with phlegm-dampness obstruction type.Methods 60 patients with obesity-related metabolic associated fatty liver disease of phlegm-dampness obstruction admitted to Xinyu People's Hospital from January 2022 to November 2022 were selected for this study.The Chinese medicine group was treated with Chinese herb medicine,the abdominal acupuncture group was treated with abdominal acupuncture,and the combined group was treated with the Chinese herb medicine combined with abdominal acupuncture.The clinical effect after 60 days of treatment was compared between the three groups.Results The total effective rate of combined group was better than that of Chinese medicine group and abdominal acupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The abdominal acupuncture combined with Chinese herb medicine is effective in treating obesity-related metabolic associated fatty liver disease with phlegm-damp obstruction type.
