六味地黄颗粒剂联合黛力新治疗心肾不交型失眠临床观察

The Curative Effect of Liuwei Dihuang Granule Combined with Deanxit in the Treatment of Insomnia of Disharmony between Heart and Kidney Type

目的评价六味地黄颗粒剂联合黛力新治疗心肾不交型失眠的安全性和有效性。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月西双版纳傣族自治州人民医院康复医学科、河北中医学院第一附属医院肿瘤二科、脑病科住院治疗的120例心肾不交型失眠患者,并随机分为2组。对照组60例:给予黛力新治疗;治疗组60例,给予黛力新联合六味地黄颗粒剂治疗;疗程均为3周。动态观察2组患者治疗前后失眠严重指数量表(Insomnia Severity Index,ISI)的变化,并对治疗前后2组中医证候等进行统计学分析。结果治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(χ^(2)=6.708,P=0.010),治疗后治疗组ISI分数下降程度明显优于对照组(t=-2.503,P=0.014)。结论对于心肾不交型失眠的患者,采用六味地黄颗粒剂联合黛力新治疗能明显改善睡眠质量,安全有效,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Liuwei Dihuang granules combined with Deanxit in the treatment of insomnia of disharmony between heart and kidney type.Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,a total of 120 inpatients with insomnia of disharmony between heart and kidney type were selected from Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital affiliated to Kunming University of Science and Technology and The First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 60 cases were given Deanxit.In the treatment group,60 cases were treated with Deanxit combined with Liuwei Dihuang granules.The treatment course was 3 weeks.The changes of Insomnia Severity Index(ISI)in the two groups were dynamically observed before and after treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome in the two groups were statistically analyzed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(χ^(2)=6.708,P=0.010),and the decrease of ISI score in the treatment group after treatment was significantly better than that of the control group(t=-2.503,P=0.014).Conclusion For patients with insomnia of disharmony between heart and kidney type,the combination of Liuwei Dihuang granules and Deanxit can significantly improve sleep quality,is safe and effective,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
