龙胆泻肝汤治疗痰热咳嗽临床观察

Effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction in the Treatment of Cough Due to Phlegm-heat

目的 观察龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗老年痰热咳嗽的效果。方法 选取2020年5月—2022年5月甘肃省中医院、酒泉市中医院收治的90例痰热咳嗽老年患者为研究对象,采用随机抽签法将其分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例),对照组仅实施常规西药治疗,观察组在其基础上联合应用龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗,比较2组的治疗效果及安全性。结果 治疗后,观察组的中医主症、次症积分均低于对照组;各炎症因子指标水平低于对照组(P<0.05),各肝功能指标水平略高于对照组,不良反应发生率略高于对照组(P>0.05)。结论 龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗痰热咳嗽疗效显著,安全性较高。

Objective To observe the effect of Longdan Xiegan decoction on elderly cough due to phlegm-heat.Methods 90 elderly patients with cough due to phlegm-heat who were admitted to Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Jiuquan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group(45 cases) and the control group(45 cases).The control group was only treated with conventional western medicine.On the basis of this,the observation group was combined with the modified Longdan Xiegan decoction.The therapeutic effect and safety between the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine main syndrome and secondary disease in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The level of inflammatory factors of the observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05),the level of liver function indexes of the observation group was slightly higher than that of control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was slightly higher than that of control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Longdan Xiegan decoction in the treatment of cough due to phlegm-heat has significant curative effect and high safety.
