活血舒筋汤对关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后早期康复的影响

Effect of Huoxue Shujin Decoction on Early Recovery after Arthroscopic Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

摘要 目的观察活血舒筋汤对关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后早期康复的临床疗效。方法选取行关节镜下前交叉韧带重建手术的70例患者并将其分为2组,对照组进行常规康复功能锻炼,观察组在此基础上辅以活血舒筋汤治疗6周;对比2组术后的完全负重时间、术后不同时间段的膝关节活动度、膝关节功能评分(HSS、IKDC)、膝关节本体感觉恢复情况评分(JPS)。结果2组在完全负重时间及术后2、6、12周膝关节活动度观察组膝关节功能优于对照组;观察组HSS、IKDC、JPS评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血舒筋汤对前交叉韧带重建术后早期功能康复治疗效果确切,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Shujin decoction on early rehabilitation after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Methods 70 patients who underwent arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were selected and divided into two groups.The control group received routine rehabilitation exercise,and the observation group was treated with Huoxue Shujin decoction for 6 weeks.The total weight bearing time,knee range of motion,HSS score and IKDC score of knee function,and proprioceptive recovery of knee joint were compared between the two groups.Results The knee function of the observation group was better than that of the control group at the time of full weight bearing and at 2 weeks,6 weeks and 12 weeks after surgery.HSS,IKDC,JPS score observation group was better than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Shujin decoction has satisfactory therapeutic effect on early functional rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,and is worthy of promotion.
