面瘫Ⅰ号联合针刺治疗周围性面神经麻痹临床观察

Modified Miantan No.Ⅰ Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的 本研究主要观察面瘫I号加减联合针刺治疗周围性面神经麻痹急性期风寒外袭证的临床疗效。方法 将90例符合纳入标准的患者,随机分为对照组(45例)和观察组(45例)。对照组给予基础西药加针刺治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上加面瘫I号加减治疗,2组均7 d/疗程,共4个疗程。4个疗程后,观察2组治疗前、治疗后的House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能分级量表和面神经功能分级评分变化情况,同时比较临床疗效.结果 治疗4个疗程后,观察组患者的House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能分级量表和面神经功能分级评分都明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 面瘫I号加减联合针刺治疗周围性面神经麻痹急性期风寒外袭证临床疗效显著,且安全性较好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Miantan No.I combined with acupuncture in the treatment of external wind-cold attack syndrome of peripheral facial nerve palsy in acute stage.Methods 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group(45 cases) and observation group(45 cases).The control group was given basic Western medicine and acupuncture treatment.The observation group was additionally treated with modified Miantan No.I on the basis of control group,and both groups were 7 days/course,a total of 4 courses.After 4 courses of treatment,the changes of House-Brackmann(H-B) facial nerve function rating scale and facial nerve function rating score of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was compared.Results After 4 courses of treatment,the House-Brackmann(H-B) facial nerve function rating scale and facial nerve function rating of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Miantan No.I combined with acupuncture in the treatment of external wind-cold attack syndrome of peripheral facial nerve palsy in acute stage has significantly clinical therapeutic effects and good safety.
