当归同痹汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

Danggui Tongbi Decoction in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探究当归同痹汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法随机将2019年1月—2022年6月在兴国县中医院就诊且符合入组条件的82例膝关节骨性关节炎患者分为对照组口服塞来昔布胶囊治疗和观察组对照组基础上加服当归同痹汤治疗,各41例。4周后,观察并比较2组临床总有效率、Lysholm膝关节功能评分,并检测血清C反应蛋白(CRP)和血沉(ESR)水平。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),Lysholm膝关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05),CRP和ESR水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论膝关节骨性关节炎患者采用当归同痹汤治疗效果显著,可有效改善膝关节功能,降低CRP和ESR水平。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Danggui Tongbi decoction in treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods 82 patients with knee osteoarthritis in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of from January 2019 to June 2022 were randomly divided into control group was treated with oral celecoxib capsules and observation group was treated with Danggui Tongbi decoction on the basis of control group,with 41 cases in each group.After 4 weeks,the clinical total response rate and Lysholm knee function scores were observed and compared,and the serum levels of C reactive protein(CRP) and sedimentation(ESR) were measured.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),Lysholm knee function score of the observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),CRP and ESR levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danggui Tongbi decoction in treating knee osteoarthritis has significantly therapeutic effect,can effectively improve knee joint function and reduce CRP and ESR levels.
