中药塌渍结合康复护理对双下肢烧伤患者创面愈合及心理弹性的影响

Effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine Soaking Moistening Combined with Rehabilitation Nursing on Wound Healing and Psychological Resilience of Patients with Burn of Both Lower Limbs

目的 探讨中药塌渍结合康复护理对双下肢烧伤患者创面愈合及心理弹性的影响。方法 选取2020年2月—2022年8月于贵溪市中医院烧伤科收治的双下肢烧伤患者78例,用随机数字表法分成对照组与研究组,每组39例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组予以中药塌渍结合康复护理。比较2组创面愈合效果、中医证候积分、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、下肢功能量表(LEFS)评分和并发症发生率。结果 研究组创面愈合总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后2组各项中医证候积分均下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后2组CD-RISC、LEFS评分均上升,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中药塌渍结合康复护理应用在双下肢烧伤患者中可促进创面愈合,改善心理弹性和临床症状,可加快下肢功能恢复,降低并发症发生风险。

Objective To explore the effect of Chinese herbal medicine soaking moistening combined with rehabilitation nursing on wound healing and mental resilience of lower limb burn patients.Methods 78 patients with lower limb burn admitted to Guixi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number residual grouping,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given Chinese herbal medicine soaking moistening combined with rehabilitation nursing.Wound healing effect,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score,psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC),lower limb function scale(LEFS) score and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of wound healing in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of TCM syndrome in both groups decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,CD-RISC and LEFS scores were increased in both groups,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of study group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Chinese herbal medicine soaking moistening combined with rehabilitation nursing in patients with lower limb burn can promote wound healing,improve mental resilience and clinical symptoms,accelerate the recovery of lower limb function and reduce the risk of complications.
