Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Complicated with Threatened Miscarriage Based on Syndrome Differentiation

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是生育期女性常见的内分泌代谢紊乱疾病,影响女性的生殖健康,低妊娠率和高流产率是其治疗难点,PCOS妇女妊娠后多发先兆流产,难以维持妊娠至分娩。目前中医学认为PCOS的主要病因是肾虚,其临床多见肾虚痰湿、肾虚血瘀、肝郁血热和脾肾亏虚4个主要证型,因此治疗PCOS先兆流产宜以补肾安胎为治疗基本原则,兼顾肝脾,采用孕前调理、孕后安胎的中医辨证和中药周期治疗相结合的方法,具有疗效优势。此文就PCOS先兆流产的中医辨证论治展开综述,为临床早期预防与治疗PCOS合并先兆流产提供参考依据。

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is a common endocrine and metabolic disorder in women with reproductive age.Low pregnancy rate and high miscarriage rate are the difficulties in its treatment.PCOS women tend to have threatened miscarriage after pregnancy,and it is difficult to maintain pregnancy until delivery.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) holds that PCOS are the main causes of kidney empty,its clinical kidney phlegm dampness,kidney and blood stasis,liver depression and spleen kidney deficiency type,therefore the appropriate treatment for PCOS and threatened miscarriage tonify kidney for preventing miscarry,and also combined with regulating liver and spleen.The beneficial therapies are sequential therapy,i.e.regulating the internal environment before pregnancy,and preventing miscarriage after pregnancy with TCM syndrome differentiation.This article reviewed the syndrome differentiation and treatment of PCOS threatened abortion in TCM,and provided a reference for the early prevention and treatment of PCOS threatened abortion.
