瘢痕疙瘩的手术治疗进展

Progress in surgical treatment of Keloid

瘢痕疙瘩是人特有的良性皮肤内结缔组织过度增生性疾病,具有持续向周围扩张的倾向,常引起瘙痒和疼痛,并可导致严重的美容缺陷或畸形,对患者的生理及心理造成伤害。其发展过程十分复杂,尽管目前有许多针对性的可用模式,但瘢痕疙瘩的治疗仍然是患者和临床医生面临的持续挑战。本文从外科角度综述了瘢痕疙瘩目前常用的手术治疗方式,以期增进对瘢痕疙瘩手术方式的认识,进而改进或开创新的美学修复方法。

As a benign dermal fibroproliferative disease occurs only in humans,keloid with a tendency to expand continuously often causes itching and pain,and can lead to serious cosmetic defects or deformities,causing physical and psychological damage to patients.Its development process is pretty complex.Although there are many targeted models available,the treatment of keloid remains a continuous challenge for patients and clinical doctors.This article reviews the commonly used treatment methods for keloid from a surgical perspective,with the aim of enhancing understanding of the surgical methods of keloids,and then to promote the emergence of new aesthetic repair methods.
