左氧氟沙星致光毒性反应1例的药学监护

摘要 目的:探讨药物光毒性反应患者的药学监护要点。方法:临床药师通过参与1例药物光毒性不良反应患者的治疗,协助医生及时确定患者的光毒性反应,可能由左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液引起,并参与治疗方案的调整,期间对患者进行了全程的药学监护。结果:患者药物光毒性反应得到了及时的识别与治疗,患者病情好转后出院。结论:临床药师参与临床药物治疗,能帮助患者及时识别药品不良反应,保障患者用药安全有效。 Objective:To explore the key points of pharmaceutical care for patients experiencing drug phototoxicity.Methods:The pharmacist actively participated in the treatment of a patient with adverse drug phototoxicity,assisting the doctor in timely identifying levofloxacin sodium chloride injection as the potential cause of the patient's phototoxicity.The pharmacist also contributed to the adjustment of the treatment plan.During this period,the pharmacist conducted comprehensive pharmaceutical monitoring for the patient,including regular assessment of drug efficacy and safety.Results:The patient's drug phototoxicity reaction was promptly identified and treated,resulting in significant improvement and subsequent discharge.Conclusion:The active participation of pharmacists in clinical drug treatment enables timely identification of adverse drug reactions and ensures the safety and effectiveness of patients' medication.
