临床药师参与化脓性脑膜炎肥胖患儿个体化治疗分析

Role of Clinical Pharmacists in the Individualized Treatment of Obese Children with Purulent Meningitis

目的:探讨化脓性脑膜炎肥胖患儿的药物治疗方案及临床药师在治疗过程中发挥的作用。方法:临床药师参与1例化脓性脑膜炎肥胖患儿的药物治疗,通过查阅相关指南和国内外文献,主要对治疗过程中抗感染用药选择、不良反应分析、药物剂量调整、血药浓度监测结果解读和疗效评价等多方面进行监护。结果:临床医生采纳建议,患者经治疗后病情好转,不良反应处理及时得当,临床症状稳定后出院。结论:临床药师协助医生对患者实施个体化用药方案,可提高药物治疗水平,保障患者用药安全。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic regimen for obese children with purulent meningitis and the role of clinical pharmacists in their treatment.Methods:Clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care for a single case of obese children with purulent meningitis.This involved consulting relevant guidelines and literature from both domestic and international source.The main focus was on selecting appropriate anti-infective drugs,analyzing adverse reactions,adjusting drug dosages,interpreting blood concentration monitoring results,and therapeutic evaluation.Results:The clinician accepted the suggestions provided by the clinical pharmacist.Following treatment,the patient's condition improved,adverse reactions were promptly addressed,and the clinical symptoms remained stable afterdischarge.Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists play crucial role in improving the effectiveness and safety of drug treatment by collaborating with physicians to implement individualized medication programs for patients.
