中文学术期刊撤稿声明问题及对策研究

Problems and countermeasures of withdrawal statements of Chinese academic journals

【目的】分析中国知网、万方、维普中的370篇撤稿声明存在的问题,针对问题提出对策,以期为规范中文学术期刊撤稿声明内容和发布形式提供参考。【方法】检索中国知网、万方、维普三大中文学术期刊数据库自建库至2021年12月31日发布的所有撤稿声明,分析撤稿声明年度分布、撤稿时滞、数据库分布、内容、原因、撤销论文“撤回”标注及被引情况。【结果】2020年撤稿声明数量达到峰值(98篇),中国知网、万方、维普撤稿声明数量分别为123、164、231篇。最长撤稿时滞为268个月,撤稿声明在标题、正文、落款方面撰写不规范,出现频次最多的撤稿原因是学术不端行为(301次)。三大中文学术期刊数据库中,只有中国知网的86篇撤销论文标注“撤回”标志,102篇论文被数据库彻底删除,302篇可检论文共被引2687次。【结论】中文学术期刊数据库要定制撤稿声明模板、规范撤稿声明发布流程,编辑部要规范撤稿声明撰写和管理,数据库之间及数据库与编辑部之间要加强合作,相关部门要建立撤稿声明发布网站、加大对数据库和编辑部的监管力度。

[Purposes] This paper aims to analyze the problems existing in the 370 withdrawal statements of CNKI, Wanfang, and Weipu and puts forward countermeasures, so as to provide a reference for standardizing the content and releasing form of the withdrawal statements of Chinese academic journals. [Methods] This paper retrieved all the withdrawal statements of the three Chinese academic journal databases from their inception to December 31, 2021, and analyzed their annual distribution, withdrawal time delay, database distribution, content, reasons, tagging of withdrawal papers, and cited frequency of withdrawal papers. [Findings] The number of withdrawal statements reached a peak(98) in 2020. The number of withdrawal statements of CNKI, Wanfang, and Weipu respectively was 123, 164, and 231. The longest withdrawal time delay was 268 months. The writing of withdrawal statements was not standardized in aspects of title, text, and signature. The most reason for withdrawal was academic misconduct(301). In three databases, only 86 withdrawal papers of CNKI were marked with "withdrawal". 102 papers were completely deleted from the databases, and 302 available papers were cited 2687 times. [Conclusions] Chinese academic journal databases need to make withdrawal statement templates and standardize withdrawal statement releases. The editorial departments should standardize writing and management of withdrawal statements. The databases should strengthen cooperation between themselves and with the editorial departments. The relevant departments should establish releasing website for withdrawal statements and increase supervision of databases and editorial departments. Download(CAJ format) Download(PDF format)
