Objective:To address the various challenges and risks encountered during the bidding and pricing process for overseas rail transit projects,such as multiple influencing factors on pricing,low accuracy of basic data,and inefficient bidding collaboration,the establishment of an information system for overseas rail transit project bidding and pricing is necessary.Method:The features of overseas rail transit project bidding and pricing are analyzed,as well as the current state and the challenges faced by such process are identified.The system architecture,composition,and application scenarios of the mentioned information system are introduced.Result&Conclusion:The adoption of the mentioned information system effectively addresses issues in bidding and pricing process,such as data accumulation and sharing,data security and traceability,data resource integration,and bidding collaboration.This system contributes to increasing efficiency,reducing costs,enhancing data accuracy and reliability,providing bidding entities with a more efficient,reliable,and traceable bidding and pricing process.
