The social exchange theory is a new teaching concept in China’s education and teaching reform in recent years,which has important significance and role in the construction of good interpersonal relationships and the development of physical and mental health for college students.The article constructs good interpersonal relationships among college students from the perspective of social exchange theory,and conducts a comprehensive analysis from the three paths of attribution,environment,and interpersonal atmosphere,providing path support for achieving good interpersonal relationships among college students.
