8种杀菌剂抑制灰葡萄霉孢毒力的研究

摘要 为筛选出高效防治葡萄灰霉病的杀菌剂,采用菌落生长量法,室内测定8种市场主流杀菌剂抑制武威灰葡萄霉孢菌株的毒力。结果表明:80%腐霉利、50%多菌灵、10%叶菌唑为高毒力药剂,半效浓度≤100mg/L;250g/L苯醚甲环唑、25%吡唑醚菌酯、25%氰烯菌酯为中毒力药剂,半效浓度290~380mg/L;720g/L百菌清、0.3%四霉素为低毒药剂,半效浓度>700mg/L。0.3%四霉素、10%叶菌唑随浓度增加其抑菌效应的增长较快,80%腐霉利增长较慢,其余5种供试药剂的增长则相对平缓。综合分析,筛选出50%多菌灵、10%叶菌唑、四霉素,供武威市防治葡萄灰霉病中交替使用。 In order to screen out the fungicides that are highly effective for the prevention and control of Botrytis cinerea,the colony growth method was used to determine the virulence of eight mainstream fungicides in the market to inhibit the virulence of Botrytis cinereus strains in Wuwei.The results showed that 80% Procymidone,50% Carbendazim and 10% Foliozole were highly virulent agents,and the half-effect concentration was≤100 mg/L.250 g/L Difenoconazole,25% Pyraclostrobin,25%Cyanoscin were toxic agents,and the halfeffect concentration was 290~380 mg/L;720 g/L Chlorothalonil and 0.3% Tetramycin are low-toxicity agents,and the half-effect concentration>700 mg/L.The bacteriostatic effect of 0.3% Tetramycin and 10% Physyconazole increased rapidly with the increase of concentration,the growth of 80% Procymidone was slower,and the growth of the remaining five test agents was relatively flat.Comprehensive analysis showed that 50% Carbendazim,10% Pyrazole and Tetramycin were screened for alternating use in the prevention and control of grape gray mold in Wuwei City.
