摘要
【目的】针对某既有钢筋混凝土框架结构厂房由于变更生产线,楼面恒、活荷载增加,原有钢筋混凝土梁正截面受弯承载力不满足要求而进行梁的加固设计研究。【方法】采用PKPM计算模拟法、对比分析法对各种加固方案进行分析,采用价值工程模型优选加固方案。【结果】经综合分析,梁正截面加固最终采用部分粘贴碳纤维布、部分增大截面的混合加固方案。【结论】采用混合加固方案可以根据工程具体情况在考虑安全性的前提下兼顾经济性及工期,并且加固计算中应适当考虑梁中受压钢筋的作用,按双筋梁对PKPM的计算结果进行调整,优化加固设计。
[Purposes]Due to the change of production line of the existing reinforced concrete frame structure workshop and the increase of constant and live load of the floor,the original reinforced concrete beam normal section bending capacity can not meet the requirements of the beam reinforcement design.In view of that,this paper conducts a research on strengthening design of reinforced concert beam.[Methods]PKPM calculation simulation method,and comparative analysis method to analyze various reinforcement schemes,and used value engineering model to optimize the reinforcement scheme.[Findings]After comprehensive analysis,the beam is strengthened by the mix reinforcement method of partially sticking CFRP sheet and partly enlarging section.[Conclusions]According to the concrete conditions of the project,the mixed reinforcement method can give consideration to both the economy and the time limit of the project under the premise of considering the safety,and the function of the compressed steel bar in the beam should be considered properly in the reinforcement calculation.The reinforcement design is optimized,by mean of the calculation results of PKPM.
