北京市朝阳区30~60岁职业人群心血管疾病危险因素聚集性特征分析

Analysis on aggregation characteristics of cardiovascular risk factors among occupational population aged 30-60 years old in Chaoyang district of Beijing

目的分析北京市朝阳区职业人群心血管疾病危险因素聚集性特征,从职业角度探索心血管疾病的高风险人群。方法以2020年北京市朝阳区成人慢性病及行为危险因素监测数据为基础,以30~60岁职业人群为研究对象,描述各类职业人群7种心血管疾病危险因素流行水平和聚集特征,采用Poisson回归模型分析职业与心血管疾病危险因素数量的关系。结果有效样本4986人。农业生产人员的高血压(59.11%)、糖尿病(29.61%)、血脂异常(48.22%)、超重肥胖(76.61%)、饮酒(47.24%)标化患病率均高于其他职业人群。农业生产人员(RR=1.120,95%CI:1.033~1.214)和生产运输设备操作人员(RR=1.099,95%CI:1.028~1.175)心血管危险因素聚集性均高于管理及专业技术人员,而服务业人员(RR=0.941,95%CI:0.906~0.979)则低于管理及专业技术人员。结论职业会造成人群心血管疾病危险因素聚集性差异,应特别关注农业生产人群多重危险因素的预防。

Objective To analyze the aggregation characteristics of cardiovascular disease(CVD)risk factors among occupational groups in Chaoyang district of Beijing,and to explore high-risk population for CVD control from an occupational perspective.Methods The monitoring data of adult chronic diseases and behavioral risk factors were collected from August to October 2020 in Chaoyang district of Beijing,and the prevalence and aggregation characteristics of seven CVD risk factors in various occupational populations aged 30-60 were analyzed.Poisson regression model was used to compare the number of CVD risk factors among different occupational groups.Results The final valid sample size was 4986.The standardized prevalence of hypertension(59.11%),diabetes(29.61%),dyslipidemia(48.22%),overweight and obesity(76.61%),alcohol consumption(47.24%)in agricultural workers were higher than those in other occupational groups.Agricultural workers(RR=1.120,95%CI:1.033-1.214)and production and transportation equipment operators(RR=1.099,95%CI:1.028-1.175)had higher aggregation of CVD risk factors than managers and technicians.The aggregation of risk factors in service workers(RR=0.941,95%CI:0.906-0.979)were lower than managers and technicians.Conclusions Different occupation will cause differences in the aggregation of CVD risk factors in different populations.Special attention should be paid to the prevention of multiple risk factors in agricultural workers.
