响应曲面法优化分析膜分离对高温废水蛋白质截留的影响研究

摘要 论文探究膜分离在不同操作条件下蛋白质浓度与截留率关系的影响及高温和盐度对蛋白质稳定性和活力的影响。结果表明:高温条件pH值的变化会加剧蛋白质失活和变性风险;盐度在0%~8%变化范围内,蛋白质截留率呈先减后增的趋势,6%左右有最低截留率。高温废水蛋白质分离应优先调整pH值以避免损害蛋白质的稳定性和活性,处理和储存蛋白质应综合考虑不同因素的影响并通过调整参数优化蛋白质稳定性和活力,以保证膜分离处理效果。 This paper explores the influence of protein concentration and retention under different operating conditions,and the influence of high temperature and salinity on protein stability and activity.The results showed that the risk of protein inactivation and denaturation was aggravated by the change of pH value at high temperature.In the range of salinity from 0%to 8%,the protein retention rate decreased first and then increased,and the lowest retention rate was about 6%.For protein separation in high-temperature wastewater,pH value should be adjusted preferentially to avoid damaging the stability and activity of proteins.The influence of different factors should be comprehensively considered for protein treatment and storage,and the stability and activity of proteins should be optimized by adjusting parameters to ensure the effect of membrane separation treatment.
