高效液相色谱-原子荧光法测定土壤中4种有效砷含量的不确定度评定

摘要 本文采用高效液相色谱-原子荧光法(HPLC-AFS)测定土壤中亚砷酸根、二甲基砷、一甲基砷和砷酸根含量,结果分别为0.342mg/kg、0.390mg/kg、0.351mg/kg和0.451mg/kg。该方法检测的土壤中亚砷酸根、二甲基砷、一甲基砷和砷酸根的合成不确定度分别为0.002278mg/kg、0.000895mg/kg、0.001741mg/kg和0.000796mg/kg,扩展不确定度分别为0.0046mg/kg、0.0018mg/kg、0.0035mg/kg和0.0016mg/kg。评定结果表明,实验的不确定度主要由标准曲线拟合和样品前处理引入。 The contents of four kinds of effective arsenic(arsenite,dimethylarsenic acid,monomethylarsenic acid and arsenate)in soils were determined by high performance liquid chromatography-atomic fluorescence(HPLC-AFS),and the uncertainty was evaluated.The contents of arsenite,dimethylarsenic acid,monomethylarsenic acid and arsenate in cosmetics were 0.342 mg/kg,0.390 mg/kg,0.351 mg/kg and 0.451 mg/kg,respectably.The combined uncertainties in the determination of arsenite,dimethylarsenic acid,monomethylarsenic acid and arsenate were 0.002278 mg/kg,0.000895 mg/kg,0.001741 mg/kg and 0.000796 mg/kg,and the expanded uncertainties were 0.0046 mg/kg,0.0018 mg/kg,0.0035 mg/kg and 0.0016 mg/kg,respectably.The uncertainties of the method were mainly caused by calibration fitting and sample pre-treatment.
