膨润土三级旋流器提纯工艺试验研究

Experimental Study on Bentonite Purifi cation Process by Three-stage Cyclone

针对我国膨润土资源杂质多的问题,本文以黑龙江某膨润土为原矿,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,提出了“三级旋流器”提纯工艺,探究了矿浆质量分数、底流口直径对膨润土提纯效果的影响。结果表明:在一级旋流器给料质量分数15%、给矿压力0.15MPa、旋流器直径100mm、底流口直径16mm,二级旋流器给矿压力0.2MPa、旋流器直径50mm、底流口直径8mm,三级旋流器给矿压力0.45MPa、旋流器直径25mm、底流口直径5mm的条件下,可获得品位为91.50%,回收率为57.60%,胶质价为110m L/15g,膨胀容为16m L/g,吸蓝量为40.443g/100 g的膨润土精矿,达到铸造、冶金球团用膨润土的要求,为我国膨润土资源加工利用提供技术与理论支撑。

Aiming at the problem of many impurities in China’s bentonite resources,this paper to Heilongjiang a bentonite as raw ore,based on the process mineralogical research,proposed a"three-stage cyclone"purification process,to explore the effects of the slurry concentration and underflow orifice diameter for the purification.The results show that:in the primary cyclone feed concentration of 15%,feed pressure of 0.15 MPa,cyclone diameter of 100 mm,underflow diameter of 16 mm,secondary cyclone feed pressure of 0.2 MPa,cyclone diameter of 50 mm,underflow diameter of 8 mm,tertiary cyclone feed pressure of 0.45 MPa,cyclone diameter of 25 mm,underflow orifice diameter of 5 mm,the bentonite purification effect can be obtained,with grade of 91.50%,recovery rate of 57.60%,gum price of 110 mL/15 g,expansion capacity of 16 mL/g,blue absorption of 40.443 g/100 g,to meet the requirements of foundry,metallurgical pellet bentonite,bentonite resource processing and utilization in China to provide technical and theoretical support.
