UNITANK工艺在深圳城镇污水厂的应用

摘要 深圳市某污水处理厂处理能力为5万m^(3)/d,采用预处理+UNITANK生化池+磁混凝高效沉淀池工艺,出水水质稳定达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)Ⅳ类水标准,COD、SS、NH_(3)-N和TP去除率分别为94.2%、98.7%、99.2%、95.3%。本文以该污水处理厂为例,介绍了UNITANK生化池和磁混凝高效沉淀池的工艺流程、设计参数和运行情况。结果表明,该工艺具有很好的脱氮除磷效果,满足高标准出水要求,可为同类污水处理厂提供技术参考。 A wastewater treatment plant in Shenzhen had a treatment capacity of 50000 m³/d,using pretreatment and UNITANK biochemical tank and magnetic coagulation high-efficiency sedimentation tank process,the effluent water quality stably reached the classⅣstandards of the"Surface Water Environmental Quality Standards"(GB 3838—2002).The removal rates of chemical oxygen demand(COD),suspended solids(SS),ammonia nitrogen(NH_(3)-N)and total phosphorus(TP)were 94.2%,98.7%,99.2%and 95.3%,respectively.Taking the wastewater treatment plant as an example,this paper introduces the process,design parameters and operational performance of the UNITANK biochemical tank and magnetic coagulation high-efficiency sedimentation tank.The results show that the process has good nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect,meets the high standard effluent requirements,and can provide valuable te chnical insights for other similar wastewater treatment plants.
