摘要
成型工艺是白泥制备低爆速铵油炸药钝化剂的关键步骤,而白泥的粒度是影响其成型的关键参数,实验考察了湿磨与干磨工艺对白泥粒度的影响,进而研究了二者对白泥成型的影响。结果研究表明,在料水比为1.5:1时,白泥经过湿磨D90可从54μm降至2μm以下,但在成型时需要进行干燥去水,白泥会再次团聚。干磨工艺可在一定程度降低白泥粒径,但由于团聚问题,D90基本保持不变;未研磨白泥与各研磨工艺下获得的白泥成型后生料球强度均可达到4N,说明研磨工艺对白泥的成型几乎无影响。
During the fabrication process of passivator by Baini,lapping is the key procedure,and the granularity of Baini is an important phase in lapping.It was studied the effect of the lapping process on granularity of Baini.Furthermore,the effects of lapping process on pelletizing of Baini were discussed.It was showed that Baini half-content diameter D90 dropped from 54μm to 2μm when the ratio of material to water was 1.5:1 through wet milling.However,it must been dehydrated before pelletizing and can caused agglomeration of material.The dry grinding could lead to a slight drop in the diameter of Baini.The particle strength of pelletized raw balls can reach 4 N,so the lapping process was almost no effect on pelletizing of Baini.
