摘要
针对某电厂脱硫滤液系统设计缺陷,为定量表征系统处理量不足,建立滤液水系统平衡方程,计算机组各工况下SO_(2)需求处理量,表明现有滤液系统出力达不到机组设计工况和汽运煤工况SO_(2)产生量。根据机组不同工况下脱硫量进行计算分析,得到设计工况和汽运煤工况下所需滤液泵的流量对系统改造后的经济效益进行估算,以期为后续系统升级改造提供依据。
Aiming at the design defects of a desulphurization filtrate system in a power plant,the balance equation of the filtrate water system was established to quantitatively characterize the insufficient capacity of the system,and the SO_(2) required to be treated under each working condition of the unit was calculated.The results showed that the output of the existing filtrate system could not reach the SO_(2) produced under the design condition of the unit and the working condition of steam coal transport.According to the calculation and analysis of the desulphurization amount under different working conditions of the unit,the flow of the filtrate pump required under the design working conditions and the coal transportation working conditions were obtained to estimate the economic benefits after the system transformation,in order to provide a basis for the subsequent system upgrading.
