摘要
针对斜弯桥渐变段预制梁板结构或现浇箱梁结构施工成本高且效率低、维护检修困难等问题,基于桥梁全寿命周期内施工维护的关键工序研究,提出了新型预应力混凝土现浇脊骨梁及其施工技术,并以浙江西部某典型山区高速为例,详细介绍了斜弯桥渐变段脊骨梁施工技术的探索及应用。结果表明:1)该现浇结构采用开放性实体断面与小挑臂、无横肋的设计,简化了现场施工模板,降低了施工成本;2)新型脊骨梁对斜弯桥有良好的适应性,便于养护、检测,为高速公路斜弯桥的建设提供了新思路。
Aiming at the problems of high construction cost,low efficiency and difficult maintenance and repair of precast beam structure or cast-in-place box girder structure in the gradual section of skew curved bridge,a new type of prestressed concrete cast-in-place spine beam and construction technology are proposed based on the study of the key processes of construction and maintenance in the life cycle of the bridge.This paper introduces in detail the exploration and application of the construction technology of the spine beam in the gradient section of the skew curved bridge under the example of a typical mountainous expressway in western Zhejiang Province.The results showed that:1) The cast-in-place structure which adopts the design of open solid section,small cantilever and no transverse rib,simplifies the on-site construction template and reduces the construction cost;2) The new spine beam has good adaptability to the skew curved bridge,which is convenient for maintenance and detection,and provides a new idea for the construction of the skew curved bridge of the expressway.
