摘要
为量化分析山地城市区域路网容量、挖掘区域路网容量关键影响因素,基于层次分析法和德尔菲法,从道路条件、交通方式、交通管控3个方面选取多维度路网特征指标,通过对比山地城市和平原城市9个区域路网,提出山地城市区域路网容量影响因素选取方法,通过验证影响因素的合理性确定影响因素权重,最终确定交叉口控制方式、道路沿线开口、车道数、交叉口间距和车道宽度为影响山地城市区域路网容量的关键因素,为解决山地城市交通拥堵问题提供有力的理论支撑。
To quantitatively analyze the regional road network capacity of mountainous cities and explore key influencing factors of regional road network capacity,based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Delphi method,multi-dimensional road network characteristic indicators are selected from three aspects:road conditions,transportation modes,and traffic control.By comparing 9 regional road networks of mountainous cities and plain cities,a method for selecting influencing factors of regional road network capacity in mountainous cities is proposed,By verifying the rationality of the influencing factors,the weight of the influencing factors is determined,and the key factors affecting the road network capacity of mountainous cities are ultimately determined,including intersection control methods,road openings along the road,number of lanes,intersection spacing,and lane width.This provides strong theoretical support for solving the problem of traffic congestion in mountainous cities.
