转体连续梁桥钢壳合龙技术研究

摘要 随着我国跨线桥梁的逐渐增多,传统的跨线施工不可避免的对既有线路产生一定的影响。钢壳合龙技术能够有效避免对既有线路的影响,可以保证既有线路安全运营,非常适合于预应力混凝土结构合龙段施工。以新建福厦铁路漳州下行联络线特大桥为依托,简述了钢壳合龙技术的构成、加工以及安装,运用大型有限元软件Ansys建立了中跨合龙段钢壳的有限元模型,分析出合龙段钢壳在混凝土浇筑过程中的应力应变情况,为指导合龙段混凝土施工以及桥梁顺利合龙提供依据。 With the gradual increase of overpass bridges in China,the traditional overpass construction will inevitably have a certain impact on the existing lines.The steel shell closure technology can effectively avoid the impact on the existing lines,ensure the safe operation of the existing lines,and is very suitable for the closure section construction of prestressed concrete structures.Relying on the super-large bridge in Zhangzhou Downlink of the newly built Fuzhou-Xiamen Railway,the composition,processing and installation of steel shell closure technology is briefly described.The finite element model of the steel shell of the mid-span closure section is established by using the large-scale finite element software Ansys to analyze the stress and strain of the steel shell of the closure section during the concrete pouring process,which provides a basis for guiding the concrete construction of closure section and the smooth closure of bridge.
