摘要
为解决地铁车站因极端天气暴雨出现水淹问题,对规划、设计、施工、运营阶段出入口防淹措施进行系统性地研究,通过规划考虑选址、设计多道防线、施工临时措施到位形成基本防淹措施体系,达到在运营阶段事前有防淹能力、事中有减淹能力、事后有恢复能力的防淹效果。将“海绵城市”设计理念引入到“海绵城市地铁”车站出入口综合防淹体系中,采取植草沟、透水铺装、下凹式绿地等措施,一定程度上减少地面径流和降低内涝风险,降低车站出入口对城市生态环境的影响。
In order to solve the problem of waterlogging in the metro stations because of extreme weather,the anti-waterlogging measures for the gateways in the stages of planning,design,construction and operation are systematically studied.The basic anti-waterlogging measure system is formed by planning and considering the site selection,designing the multi-line defenses,and constructing the temporary measures in place to achieve the effects of anti-waterlogging capacity before the operation stage,waterlogging reduction capacity in the matter and recovery capacity afterwards.The design concept of sponge city is introduced to the comprehensive anti-waterlogging system for the gateways of sponge city metro stations.The measures of grass planting ditch,permeable pavement and low elevation greenbelt are taken to decrease the surface runoff,reduce the risk of waterlogging,and minimize the impact of station gateways on the urban ecological environment to some extent.
