钢板组合梁桥吊装施工过程风险源分析

摘要 吊装施工是钢板组合梁桥施工的主要施工方法之一,其施工过程主要包括钢梁起吊、钢梁拼接架设和桥面板施工等三个阶段。为保证采用吊装施工的钢板组合梁桥在施工过程短暂受力情况下的承载能力、稳定性及结构抗倾覆性满足要求,将围绕不同施工阶段下钢梁的受力特点及其可能承受的荷载作用进行分析,探讨各施工阶段下钢梁施工风险源形式及施工安全分析重点,可为钢板组合梁桥安全施工过程分析及采取预防措施提供指导。 The hoisting construction is one of the main construction methods in the construction of steel plate composite girder bridge.Its construction process mainly includes three stages of steel beam lifting,steel beam splicing erection and bridge deck construction.In order to ensure that the bearing capacity,stability and structural anti-overturning performance of the steel plate composite girder bridge with the hoisting construction meet the requirements under the condition of short-term stress during the construction process,the stress characteristics of steel beams under the different construction stages and the possible load effects are analyzed,and the risk sources of steel beam construction and the key points of construction safety analysis in each construction stage are discussed,which can provide the guidance for safety construction process analysis and preventive measures of steel plate composite girder bridge.
