摘要
大型污水处理厂站池壁施工高度大,对防渗性能和整体外观质量要求高。为提升大型污水处理构筑物高大池壁施工质量和降低安全风险,在污水处理构筑物池壁施工过程中探索运用预制装配式技术,连接位置的防渗处理是施工关键。结合某大型污水厂生反池墙体施工实例,分析研究了高大池壁直线段预制双面叠合墙施工、弧形段现浇混凝土施工,以及预制墙体与现浇底板接头处理、预制墙体间连接位置钢筋暗柱加强技术,并总结了各环节质量控制要点,为今后大型污水处理厂高大池壁施工提供借鉴和参考。
The construction height of the tank wall in large wastewater treatment plant(W WTP)and station is large,and the requirements of impermeability and overall appearance quality are high.In order to improve the construction quality of high and large tank wall in large sewage treatment structures and to reduce the safety risk,the application of prefabricated technology is explored in the construction process of sewage treatment structures.The anti-seepage treatment of connection position is the construction key.Combined with the construction example of the biological reaction tank wall in a WWTP,the construction of prefabricated double-sided composite wall in straight line section of high and large tank wall,cast-in-place concrete construction in arc section,joint treatment of prefabricated wall and cast-in-place bottom plate,and reinforcement technology of reinforced dark column at the connection position between prefabricated walls are analyzed and studied.And the key points of quality control in each link are summarized,which provides the references for the construction of high and large walls in large WWTPs.
