摘要
针对我国装配式钢结构建筑的绿色度评价法缺少的现状,通过了解装配式钢结构的施工特征,从材料生产、环境和谐度、安全、节能、社会功能匹配度、装配式技术水平、使用功能7个方面建立评价指标体系。将常权法及变权法所得的主、客观权重利用乘法合成和博弈论理论进行最优组合,统筹决策者主观价值和数据包含的客观信息。依照木桶理论综合评价法对评价结果进行定级划分,评价装配式钢结构绿色度水平,研究结果显示装配式钢结构建筑绿色度等级为深绿色。研究有助于全面认识装配式钢结构建筑施工对环境影响的现状,可为装配式钢结构建筑绿色度的评价提供有益参考。
Aiming at the present situation that there is no evaluation method for the green degree of fabricated steel structure buildings in China,the evaluation index system is established by understanding the construction characteristics of fabricated steel structure from seven aspects of material production,environmental harmony,safety,energy conservation,social function matching rate,fabricating technological level and using function.The main and objective weights obtained by the constant weight method and variable weight method are combined optimally by means of multiplicative synthesis and game theory to coordinate the subjective value of decision makers with the objective information contained in the data.The evaluation results are graded according to the comprehensive evaluation method of barrel theory to evaluate the green degree of fabricated steel structure.The study result shows that the grade of green degree of fabricated steel structure is dark green.The study is helpful to comprehensively understand the current situation of the impact of fabricated steel structure construction on the environment,which can provide the beneficial reference for evaluating the green degree of fabricate steel structure buildings.
