发电机转子磁极线圈层间裂缝处理技术的研究

摘要 发电机作为水力发电的三大主设备之一,主要由转子、定子、轴承等部件组成。而发电机转子由扇形体、转子磁极、滑环及转轴等部件组成。发电机转子则为发电机的主要组成部分,在发电机运行过程处于高速转动状态。转子磁极线圈长时间处于高速旋转、振动状态,如果因设计、制造、运行等原因造成磁极线圈层间开裂,将会出现:1)绝缘层在机组运行中可能破坏,造成发电机匝间短路事故;2)磁极引线部分与磁极线圈部分采用的是铜焊焊接,运行中可能导致焊接部分开焊、脱落,造成发电机烧毁事故。本文以某水电站1号发电机转子磁极线圈层间裂缝现场处理的实例,解析转子磁极开裂处理的关键技术,为类似项目提供技术参考。 As one of the three major components of hydroelectric power generation,the generator consists primarily of the rotor,stator,bearings,and other parts.The rotor of the generator is composed of a fan-shaped body,rotor magnetic poles,slip rings,and shafts.The rotor is a crucial component of the generator and operates at high rotational speeds.The magnetic pole coils in the rotor undergo long periods of high-speed rotation and vibration.If interlayer cracks occur in the magnetic pole coils due to design,manufacturing,or operational reasons,the following issues may arise:1)Insulation breakdown during generator operation,leading to inter-turn short circuit accidents;2)Welded connections between the magnetic pole lead portion and the magnetic pole coil portion,which may experience weld detachment or failure during operation,resulting in generator burnout accidents.This paper presents a case study of the on-site treatment of interlayer cracks in the magnetic pole coils of Generator No.1 at a hydroelectric power station,analyzing the key techniques for handling rotor magnetic pole cracks and providing technical references for similar projects.
