基于RPA的物资订单合同智能签约研究应用

摘要 目前物资订单合同签订完全依赖人工处理,工作量庞大,需投入大量人力、财力保障合同签订时效及质量。基于人工处理模式进行业务优化调整,梳理合同签订操作流程。并结合RPA机器人的概念和特点提出利用RPA机器人减轻员工的劳动负荷,提高合同签订效能。本文基于RPA机器人的特点,梳理物资订单合同签订全流程业务,通过RPA的核心技术研究应用:基于文本的精确识别定位、基于索引ID的精确识别定位、基于自动索引ID的模糊识别定位、基于锚点的辅助识别定位、基于计算机视觉的图片识别的研究应用、RPA配置大脑等多种核心技术集成实现合同智能签约,最后阐述了RPA合同机器人的应用价值。 At present,the signing of material order contracts completely relies on manual processing,with a huge workload that requires a large amount of manpower and financial resources to ensure the timeliness and quality of contract signing.Optimize and adjust business based on manual processing mode,and streamline the contract signing process.And combining the concept and characteristics of RPA robots,it is proposed to use RPA robots to reduce employee labor load and improve contract signing efficiency.This article is based on the characteristics of RPA robots,sorting out the entire process of material order contract signing business.Through the core technology research and application of RPA,various core technologies such as text based precise recognition and positioning,index ID based precise recognition and positioning,automatic index ID based fuzzy recognition and positioning,anchor based auxiliary recognition and positioning,research and application of image recognition based on computer vision,and RPA configuration brain are integrated to achieve intelligent contract signing,Finally,the application value of RPA contract robots was elaborated.
