在总体国家安全观指引下,公安机关履行维护国家安全及社会稳定根本任务,大力提升警务指挥与战术专门人才培养质量,有利于提升公安机关专业化、正规化建设水平。阐述警务指挥与战术专门人才的内涵,分析当前警务指挥与战术专门人才培养中存在的突出问题,从抓好师资队伍建设、拓宽人才培养途径、突出人才培养特色、健全人才管理机制等方面提出优化警务指挥与战术专门人才培养路径的建议。

Under the guidance of the overall national security concept,the public security organs are conducting the fundamental task of maintaining national security and social stability.Therefore,improving the training quality of police command and tactics professionals is conducive to improving the level of professional and standardized construction of public security organs.This paper expounds the connotation of police command and tactical special-ists,analyzes the outstanding problems in current training process,and puts forward suggestions on optimizing the training roadmap of such specialists from such aspects as strengthening the construction of teaching team,broaden-ing the training path of talents,highlighting the characteristics of talents training,and improving the talent manage-ment mechanism.
