基于OBE理念的刑事技术类课程混合式教学模式构建——以“言语识别与鉴定”课程为例

Constructing on the Hybrid Teaching Model of Criminal Technology Courses Based on OBE Concept——Taking the Course of“Author/Speaker Profiling and Comparison”as an Example

为解决刑事技术类课程教学中普遍存在的教学方式和评价方式比较单一、各种类型的网络教学资源应用不足、授课学时减少明显等问题,引入OBE理念,以“言语识别与鉴定”课程教学为例,以让学生掌握言语识别与鉴定技术基础知识、核心技术和程序方法为教学目标,将教学内容反向设计为“语言学基础知识”“言语识别与鉴定核心技术”“案件检验程序方法”3个模块,构建基于OBE理念的集网络教学、案例式课堂教学、分组分角色体验式教学于一体的线上线下混合式教学模式,实现培养应用创新型公安技术人才的目标。

In order to solve the problems of relatively simple teaching methods and evaluation methods,and the insufficient application of various types of network teaching resources,and the obvious reduction of teaching hours,that are common in the teaching of criminal technology courses,the OBE concept is introduced into the teaching of“Author/Speaker Profiling and Comparison”course.The teaching goal is to enable students to acquire the basic knowledge,core technology and procedure of author/speaker profiling and comparison technology.The teaching content is reversely designed into three modules:“basic linguistic knowledge”,“core technology of author/speaker profiling and comparison”and“procedures and methods of case examination”.An online and offline hybrid teaching model is built based on the OBE concept,integrating online teaching such as MOOCS and network resources,case-based classroom teaching,and experiential teaching based on groups and roles,so as to achieve the goal of cultivat-ing applied innovative talents with policing technology.
