摘要
通过对4-氯乙酰乙酸乙酯的合成工艺路线进行分析,对双乙烯酮法影响反应的关键因素进行了论述,在此基础上对氯化反应的氯气用量与反应时间、酯化反应的催化剂选择与溶剂等关键影响因素进行了筛选与工艺优化,收率和纯度得到了一定的提高,同时分析了工艺设计过程中采用微通道反应器与连续合成工艺的利弊,为实现工业化提供了借鉴。
Through the analysis of the synthesis process of 4-chloroacetoacetate,the key factors affecting the reaction by the double vinyl ketone method were discussed.On this basis,the key factors affecting the chlorination reaction such as the amount of chlorine gas and reaction time,the selectivity of catalyst and solvent of esterification reaction were selected and the process was optimized.The yield and purity were improved to some extent.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of using microchannel reactor and continuous synthesis process in the process design are analyzed,which provides reference for industrialization.
