防结块热塑性弹性体材料的制备与性能

Preparation and Properties of Anti-caking Thermoplastic Elastomer Materials

以氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物为基材,添加一定量的石蜡油、单脂肪酸甘油酯以及抗氧剂,制备得到的热塑性弹性体材料。结果表明,单甘酯的加入可以解决TPE材料的结块问题,单甘酯的含量在0.01份~0.1份之间时效果最佳。制备得到的热塑性弹性体材料具有良好的弹性、高透明度,具有脱模效果好、拉伸强度高和断裂伸长率高等优异的性能。

This article uses SEEPS as the substrate,adding a certain amount of paraffin oil,monofatty acid glycerides,and antioxidants to prepare thermoplastic elastomer materials.The results show that the addition of monoglyceride can solve the agglomeration problem of TPE materials,and the best effect is achieved when the content of monoglyceride is between 0.01 to 0.1 parts.The prepared thermoplastic elastomer material has good elasticity,high transparency,and excellent properties such as good demolding effect,high tensile strength,and high elongation at break.
