摘要
原丝质量对聚丙烯腈基碳纤维材料的性能和品质具有突出影响。在实际生产中通过丙烯腈、衣康酸、丙烯酸甲酯的加成、聚合作用制备纺丝液,再通过过滤、喷丝、凝固、上油等工艺制备原丝。研究过程中探究了聚合时间、反应温度、引发剂浓度对纺丝液质量的影响,同时分析了纺丝设备、油剂使用方法、溶剂残余量对原丝质量的影响,并针对以上因素提出优化控制措施。
The quality of precursor fibers has a prominent impact on the performance and quality of polyacrylonitrile based carbon fiber materials.In actual production,the spinning solution is prepared by addition and polymerization of acrylonitrile,itaconic acid,and methyl acrylate,and then the precursor is prepared through processes such as filtration,spinning,solidification,and oiling.During the research process,the effects of polymerization time,reaction temperature,and initiator concentration on the quality of the spinning solution were explored.At the same time,the effects of spinning equipment,oil usage methods,and solvent residue on the quality of the raw silk were analyzed,and optimization control measures were proposed based on the above factors.
