摘要
水质监测的重要指标之一是总氮,应用紫外分光光度法测定总氮时,存在很多干扰和影响因素。通过实验数据比对,对实验用水、消解温度与时间、冷却时间等影响因素进行比较分析。实验结果表明屈臣氏水和新鲜去离子水代替无氨水;在122℃温度下,消解时间50 min,冷却2 h的条件下,检测结果最好。
One of the important indicators for water quality monitoring and lake and reservoir water quality is total nitrogen.When using ultraviolet spectrophotometry to determine total nitrogen,there are many interference and influencing factors.Compare and analyze the influencing factors such as experimental water,digestion temperature and time,and cooling time through experimental data comparison.The experimental results indicate that Watsons water and fresh deionized water replace ammonia free water.The best detection results were obtained under the conditions of digestion time of 50 minutes and cooling for 2 hours at 122℃.
