原子吸收光谱法测定职业性有害因素二氧化锰的方法确认

摘要 通过实验确定检测工作场所空气中职业性有害因素二氧化锰浓度。对工作场所空气中的二氧化锰使用0.8μm微孔滤膜采集,之后在200℃左右的控温电热板上用消化液消解,盐酸溶液定容后进行样品浓度的分析测定。结果表明,二氧化锰在0~3.0μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,测定线性范围的相关系数R2可达到0.9998以上,方法检出限为0.023μg/mL,当采样体积为75 L时,最低检出浓度为0.005 mg/m^(3);运用原子吸收光谱法对二氧化锰样品进行分析检测,操作简单,结果准确。 Through experiments,the concentration of occupational harmful factor manganese dioxide in the air of the workplace was determined and detected.Use 0.8μm microporous filter membrane to collect the manganese dioxide in the air of the workplace,and then digest it with digestive solution on a temperature controlled electric heating plate at around 200℃.After the hydrochloric acid solution is brought to volume,this paper analyzes and determines the sample concentration.The results indicate that the linear relationship of manganese dioxide ranges from 0 to 3.0μg/mL is good,and the correlation coefficient R2 of the linear range can reach over 0.9998.The detection limit of the method is 0.023μg/mL,when the sampling volume is 75 L,the minimum detection concentration is 0.005 mg/m^(3).The use of atomic absorption spectroscopy for the analysis and detection of manganese dioxide samples is simple and accurate.
