摘要
针对现有催化加氢制备甲醇技术所存在的催化剂活性低、转换效率低的不足,在对其原因进行分析的基础上,提出利用新型催化剂和脱水组分增加催化反应效果的方案。对不同催化剂和脱水组分的应用情况进行了分析。结果表明,采用Cu/ZnO-Al_(2)O_(3)-ZrO_(2)催化剂及LAT脱水组分,能够显著地提升催化加氢制备甲醇的效果。
In response to the shortcomings of low catalyst activity and conversion efficiency in existing catalytic hydrogenation to methanol technology,based on the analysis of the reasons,a plan is proposed to increase the catalytic reaction effect by utilizing new catalysts and dehydration components.The application of different catalysts and dehydration components was analyzed.The results indicate that the use of Cu/ZnO-Al_(2)O_(3)-ZrO_(2) catalyst and LAT dehydration component can significantly improve the effectiveness of catalytic hydrogenation to produce methanol.
